Ny datamaskin lagger og hakker med ujevne mellomrom

Med ujevne mellomrom starter maskinen å lagge og hakke, muspekeren er ikke til å styre i det hele tatt. Har sett i oppgavebehandleren om det kan være noen oppgaver som tar unødvendig mye resurser, men ingen ting. Ingen unaturlige prosesser heller for den sakens skyld.

Kan du poste en HijackThis log?

Eventuelt se om du har prosessene EPMworker.exe og Generic.exe kjørende.

Disse er relatert til Sony Ericsson Pc Suite og EPMworker ser etter mobiltelefoner i nærheten og iblant så "fryser" pc'en hver gang programmet skal finne en mobil. Som regel varer det bare noen sekunder.

Problemet er relatert til Linksys-kortet ditt. Har en venn med likt kort og han problemer med hakking. Hvis du trykker disable på nettverkskortet fra enhetsbehandling så vil hakkinga forsvinne slik at du får konstatert at det er der problemet ligger. Har 2 alternativ du kan prøve ut.

 

Første mulige: Open Device Manager, find your device and under the Advanced Tab find Multimedia Gaming Environment. Make sure that is enabled and the ping spike is gone. Strange that it is not on by default."

 

Andre mulige: HERE IS HOW TO INSTALL: make sure that you Download the Windows 7 64 bit drivers from their website and save it to your desktop, uninstall the problematic drivers that were already installed (go to device manager and right click then uninstall). Now restart you computer and boot up into safe mode WITH NETWORKING. Go back to the device manager and look for the card, right click and manually install the drivers from your desktop where you saved them. The card should start working fine and then work normally after you reboot. This method worked for me and I hope it will work for anyone else having the same problems.
