De våpna og tilbehøra man får i Physical Warfare pakka får man også unlocka underveis, så er ikke så big deal! :whistle:

 

Det som irriterer meg, som jeg har kontakta EA om, er at jeg kjøpte Limited Edition til X360, hvor man får med BtK mapsa gratis. Men så sugde spillet på konsoll, så jeg kjøpte meg en ny PC hvor jeg fikk med Battlefield 3, standard edition.. Så nå må jeg betale for BtK mapsa på nytt. Sendte mail osv til EA for snart 3 døgn siden. Ikke fått noe svar. WEAK!!

Du sendte dem en mail fordi du ikke fikk en vare du ikke har betalt for? Ja svakt. De kunne selvfølgelig sendt deg en mail tilbake der de hånlo av deg, foruten det har du ikke særlig med ankepunkter på dem.

 

 

Jeg har masse å "ta" EA og DICE på jeg.. Det vet ikke du noe om ;)

 

 

Her er hva jeg fikk ut av dagens chatte session med EA Help. Latterlig dårlig hjelp å få av de indiske help desk folka..

First you can check this ealier case: ref:00DEIO80.500E1K7NC:ref I first contacted you when I played BF:3 on X360, and complained about dropping out of games and bad performance(server lag, etc) Then I was replied with a guide to open ports on my router, but thats not the problem. My router works solid for games with good servers. What happened then was that I decided to upgrade my computer, so that I could play BF:3 without HW or server cap/bad performance. With my new processor, Intel i7 2600k i got Battlefield 3 for free, which made the upgrade a little more easier on the wallet.. But my problem is that I did'nt get Limited Edition, which I had bought for X360 so that I did'nt have to think about putting more money into the Back to Karkand map pack. From the first e-mails I got a 20% discount on Origin, which I did'nt need at the time. Later I asked if I could get "Back to Karkand" for free, since I already had bought it for X360, and becuase of the bad performance I had to get a new computer setup... Vipul from EA support said he would do his best to help me with this issues. I have tried to contact him again by e-mail the past few days, but I have'nt got any response.

I payed 85$ = 499 NOK for BF:3 Limited Edition for X360, but that did'nt keep up with EA's promises. "Battlefield 3 wont have problems with the servers like Bad Company 2", "The PS3 and X360 editions will run just as smooth as the PC edition". These promises werent true.

I was going to add that I used all my evening waiting for Origin to come up again so that I could play a few games before I had to go to sleep before work the day after, 13th of December, release date of B2K. Now I've used another evening, contacting online chat, because I havent got any response from my last e-mail.

 

Why can't you just give me a code for B2K so that we're done with it? This conversation is going on message forums and facebook pages if I dont get this now."

 

 

 

 

Det der er ikke håpløs service. Jeg har hatt god erfaring med servicen deres da jeg skulle ha veteran statusen min. De var raske og hjelpsomme. Du synes bf3 på 360 var ræva, synd for deg(seriøst, det er kjipt å kaste bort penger). De kan ikke bare gi bort ting fordi du føler at du kjøpte spillet til feil platform. Isåfall kommer EA og veldig mange andre til å slite fremover, da alle fps er best på Pc. Nå har ikke jeg spilt veldig mye b2k, men det er verdt de 129 kronene.

Noen av de EA help chat folka er ubrukelige :p

 

Når BF3 kom ut hadde jeg først problemer med å logge inn i battlelog, så problemer med å joine servere, fikk konstant feilmelding: EA Online backend .

 

Første personen jeg fikk chattet med etter ca. 1 time venting, han fikk beskrevet problemet og hjalp meg med å logge inn (jeg eide tydeligvis ikke BF3 og kunne ikke logge inn) , storfornøyd var jeg da jeg fikk kommet inn og lokket da ned chatten..

 

2 sek. etterpå når jeg skulle joine min første server fikk jeg ikke joinet i det hele tatt, og gikk inn i en ny venting på 1 time :w00t: og når jeg endelig fikk kontakt med en fyr, kunne han ikke hjelpe meg etter at han hadde utforsket litt . Lokka chatten og prøvde å få snakka med en annen fyr, fikk kontakt etter halvtime eller noe denne gangen, og da etter noen minutter fikser han problemet.. Og etter det har BF3 funket bra.

 

Merkelig at en person ikke har mulighet overhode til å fikse problemet, mens en annen fikser det på noen få minutter .

EDIT: Det lønner seg å stå på sin sak. Jeg har lagt nok kroner i lomma på EA, så jeg burde få denne servicen nå. Jeg har selv jobbet på kundeservice, så jeg vet hvor "lett" ting kan være ;)

Er ikke så merkelig det, folk er forskjellig. Kan være en person har vært borti problemet ti ganger og derfor fikser det meget kjapt i forhold til andre. Folk er trege som kjappe osv. og når du havner i kundesupport et eller annet sted i verden er det garantert en kulturforskjell og mental forskjell i bildet også.

Har selv havnet en del forskjellige steder i verden selv med kundesupport og det kan være et slit til tider over telefon da motparten og meg selv nødvendig vis ikke har den kvasseste engelsken i kjeftamentet i tillegg til gebrokkent språk.

 

BTW, Gulf of Oman er virkelig knall!

Sniper, SOFLAM og Javlin helvette?

 

Prøvde meg i et helikopter, Var knapt kommet 3 meter opp i lufta før lock-on alarmene ulte og rakettene kom fra 15 forskjellige kanter.

Har så vidt sett noen sniper folk på høyeste bygga, avfyre litt med tanks eller ta en tur innom med heli så gir de fleste seg etter litt.

Selv liker jeg å kjøre stridsvogn/bil/bobcat og ta flagg. Eller fly helis.

Flere som opplever at teksturene til en fiendtlig spiller bare blir borte sånn plutselig? Har sett dette for mange ganger nå og tviler på at det bare kan være meg. Snakker ikke om at jeg blir tatt på senga av folk, men ser de springe over større, åpne områder og hele karakteren flimrer mellom usynlig og ikke usynlig. (Og det skal ikke være noe feil med spillfilene mine)
