Noen tips?

Jeg kan ikke se at du har noen spesielle problemer der. Du bør pinge noen minutter og se om du har noen store spikes på ca 1000ms.

Når jeg pinger uio.no mens jeg laster ned nå, noen ganger får jeg rundt 11 til 400 ms, og god nedlastningsfart i microtorrent, helt til pingen plutselig går opp i 1200-2000 osv og nedlastingshastigheten reduseres ned til rundt 80kb/s. Så går den opp igjen og gjør det samme etter en liten stund.. Noen idé om hva det kan være?

Virker jo nesten som om routeren bremser ned fordi jeg laster ned eller no?

Den holder seg mest rundt 700-1500 da.. Men plutselig går pingen ned og hastigheten opp osv..

Når man pinger en linje så gjør man det normalt uten å laste ned samtidig.

Du må jo si ifra hva du holder på med...

Har du prøvd å laste ned med kablet forbindelse? Samme resultat med torrents?

Hva slags antivirus bruker du?

Hvor mange P2P forbindelser bruker du når nedlastingen bremser opp? Har du begrensninger på antall tilkoblinger i torrentprogrammet? Begrensning på download eller upload?

Det er maks snakk om 1% av kapasiteten, må ikke overdrive belastningen på noen få bit pr sekund.

Bruk network monitor, eller noe for å lese av stabiliteten av nettet ditt.

Nei man trenger bare å skrive "ping www.uio.no -t" i dos så prøver den å pinge hvert sekund, og forteller hvor lang tid det tok for å få svar, til jeg slår den av.

Ja problemet er også uansett om jeg laster ned eller ikke, og ja jeg har prøvd med kablet, uten problem.

Bruker AVG og adaware SE for antivirus osv. Har ingen begrensninger på antal tilkoblinger osv. antal p2p forbindelser er jeg usikker på.

Du kan kopiere i cmd-vindu ved å merke alt og kopiere ved å høyreklikke øverst på vinduet.

Ser du har en request timed out, men ser ellers ikke noe mønster i respons som indikerer noe feil.

Mm, det som er så rart er at når jeg lastet ned, hver gang hastigheten på nedlastingen ble redusert, ble hele nettet tregt, og når hastigheten gikk opp på maks igjen, gikk det fint å være på nettet samtidig.. Så det må være noe routeren gjør kanskje? Som bremser det ned?

Nå fant plutselig ikke windows noen nettverk i det hele tatt, måtte disable og re-enable koblingen, og når jeg pinget etter det fikk jeg dette: har fetet ut de to som er en del høyere enn de andre, men det er kanskje ikke så unormalt eller?

Hvis jeg forsto deg rikit har du et PRO/Wireless kort fra Intel som du bruker på pcen?

Har et slikt selv, og har hatt problemer med det før jeg oppdaterte driverne. De som funker godt for meg er laget 19.12.2007, det gjelder 2200BG versjonen av dette kortet.

Altså.. det er ikke direkte et kort, da den er innebygd i laptoppen min. Men ja jeg kan jo prøve den driveren? Har prøvd å oppgradere driveren men får det ikke til :S står på noe sånt som versjon 11.3 eller no sånt.. enda jeg har installert versjon 12 tror jeg..

Joda, det er et kort, det er bare at det er lite og sitter innebygget (men ofte avtagbart) i laptopen

Lastet ned nyeste fra intel.com. Har ikke noen link nå, men er ikke så vanskelig å finne der.

Joa, spørsmålet er om det er kompatibelt med dell pc'en.. har hørt at dell må laste ned alle driverne sine via dell.no for å få dem riktig.. nvidia drivere f.eks som man ikke kan ta fra nvidia.com.

Men kan prøve..

Nå har jeg lastet ned de siste driverne, og softwaren til dell. Og akkurat det samme skjer igjen..

Det rare er at det ser ut som nettet ihvertfall holder seg tilkoblet hele tiden når jeg laster ned ting via microtorren.

Men så fort nedlastingen er ferdig, går det litt tid (par timer) også kuttet den ut igjen.. Og koblet seg opp igjen som om ingen ting har skjedd.

Det er fryktelig irriterende når man spiller, blir helt gal av det.. Blir disconnected rett som det er... Skjønner ikke hva som skjer.. Må være noe software som resetter eller noe??

Har prøvd å flytte routeren langt opp på veggen unna alt som kunne forstyrret også, uten nytte..

Men kan ikke skjønne at det skal være forstyrrelser, eller problemer med signalet, når den helt klart ikke kutter ut forbinnelsen når jeg laster ned.
