AVG klarer ikke fjerne noen filer

Anbefalte innlegg

Har fått et virus på PCen og når jeg forsøker å fjerne det med AVG får jeg bare opp meldingen:

"Moved object is bigger than the archive limit."

Samt at jeg kan gå til mappen hvor viruset ligger.

Hvordan kan jeg bli kvitt dette viruset? Burde jeg prøve noen andre virusprogrammer?

Takker :)

Fra Moderator på forumet til AVG:

Bruce, If AVG detects a malware contained in an archive file that is larger than 5 Mb it isn't possible to move it to the Virus Vault. Since archive files may contain backup files that the user created themselves, AVG doesn't automatically delete these since that could result in data loss for the user. Also, malware contained within an archive are not a threat unless it gets extracted and then ran or opened, so it isn't an immediate threat.

If the archive file contains important files that you need... extract the files needed from it, delete the malware file ( remember do not run or open the malware ) and then re-archive the file using the software you had made the backup archive with.

If the archive file does not contain any files that you may want to keep. Simply delete the file and then empty your Recycle Bin.

If you are having trouble locating where the archive file is located...

Open the Test Results (run AVG -> choose History menu -> click on the Test Results item) in the Test Results mark the line with the infection (click on the line with the grey exclamation mark icon) -> choose the Go to file button, you will be transferred to the archive file automatically.

Fra AVG Manager:

Hi,

according to your description, the infection was inside an archive. If the size of the archive is more than 5 MB it’s not possible to move it to the Virus Vault. Please make sure that this archive does not contain any important data before removing.

Removing an archive:

Choose Test Results (run AVG -> choose History menu -> click on the Test Results item) in the Test Result mark the line with the infection (click on the line with the grey exclamation mark icon) -> choose the Go to file button, you will be transferred to the archive file automatically and you can delete it by right-clicking on its name and left-clicking the "Delete" option from the menu.

Please note that if you have deleted the archive file you also have to empty the Recycle Bin where the deleted archive file has been removed to:

- Double-click on the Recycle Bin icon on the desktop of your computer

- Choose File menu and the Empty Recycle Bin option

If you have suspicion about false detection on mentioned files, please read http://forums.avg.com/ww.avg-free-forum?se...show&id=395

Please be informed that folder C:\RECYCLER is your "Recycle Bin", so you could remove the infection (files) by emptying the recycle bin.
