Disclamer'e - har de effekt i Norge?

Jeg har sett at på enkelte websider, så møter jeg en disclamer før jeg kommer inn på websiden. Jeg bare lurer på om en slik har noen som helst effekt her i norge? Hvis jeg nekter noen å benytte websiden min, og de allikevel gjør det, bryter de noen lover da?
