Problemer med å installere xbmc i ubuntu

hei, jeg har litt problemer med å installere xbmc i ubuntu på min asrock 330 - så jeg kjørte "aptitude install xbmc"

Hvilken Ubuntu versjon? Har du prøvd:

 

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get upgrade

sudo apt-get install xbmc

Mulige feil:

 

* Repository ditt er ikke oppdatert (se post over).

* Eller du har feil repository i sources.list

* Du bruker svn (testversjoner) i sources.list som kan feile.

Jeg valgte denne løsningen til min HTPC, men for å få skriptet fullført måtte jeg kjøre skriptet 2 ganger, fikk feil melding første gangen, men andre gangen gikk alt fint.

Det som er mitt problem er at jeg får elendig FPS på min HTPC, rundt 10-12 FPS ved visning av HD film.

Jeg vet ikke hvilken versjon av NVIDIA drivere jeg har, og om man må aktivisere GPU for å få hardware støtte i XBMC, har kun fullført skriptet fra AVforum.

Noen som har en ide om hva som må gjøre for å få opp FPS?

I utgangspunktet installerer scriptet de nyeste Nvidia driverene.

Du kan sette VDPAU i menyene til videosetting i XBMC.
