Heisan jeg har akkuratt kjøpt spillet "TwoWorlds" og instalationen går helt fint, men når jeg skall starte spille så kommer det opp en melding "This version of the game cannot be run in your location. Please email [email protected] for help. og da sendte jeg melding om att jeg hadde fått noe feil på Cd:en,

 

Og da fikk jeg som svar ( men jeg kjønnte ikke va dem mente, men kan noen hjelpe meg? (Evt med TeamViewer) )

In case you have an UK version (with PEGI rating on the box):

Please set your Windows Regional settings to: English (Regional Setting: United Kingdom), and your time zone to GMT. The game will run.

In case you have an AU version (with PEGI rating on the box):

Please set your Windows Regional settings to: "English (Australian)" or "English (New Zealand)" or "Maori (New Zealand)", and your time zone to one of the following zones. From GMT+05:00 to GMT+12:00. The game will run.
Customers from New Zealand need to download and install the hotfix from the URL below:

Please set your time zone to any of the following EU time zones. From GMT-01:00 to GMT+03:00. The game will run.

How to do:
Region settings and the time zone could be changed within the control panel.
Click on START -> Settings -> Control Panel --> the control panel should pop up.
For the time zone double click on the 'Date and Time'-icon Click on the 'Time Zone'-tab and choose (GMT+01:00) Amsterdam, ... , Wien' from the drop down menu and confirm with OK. 


You have to keep these settings, if the game should work, permanently!

Sjekket du om det spillet var for US eller EU?

Det er hvertfall hva 'boten' sier til deg, kan forklare dypere når du sier hvilken versjon du kjøpte US eller EU.

Jeg har får samme feilmeldinga, men det var selvsagt fordi jeg hadde kjøpt den da jeg hadde vært i USA på ferie. Du må rett og slett bare endre på regionale instillingene på datamaskinen til USA, så er det fiksa.
