Kurama Skrevet 11. mai 2009 Del Skrevet 11. mai 2009 Jeg har hatt samme problem. Her er svaret. Hello Kurama, I am sorry to hear that you are still unable to install Windows Live Products. I gather that you're getting the error code 0x80072f78. I know this has become a complicated situation for you. Let me help you additionally. It appears that this is due to problem downloading the necessary files from Microsoft Update. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Please download a full version of Installer from the URL stated below and follow the prompts to install. The file is slightly different from the web-based installer you initially tried and should overcome the issue you are experiencing. Please note that you must complete all the steps as listed. 1. First, remove all versions of Windows Live Products. Clear the entries your computer by following the steps below. Remove the Windows Live programs installed on your computer. These steps make sure that a fresh copy of Windows Live files and components are copied to your computer when you re-install it later. a. Make sure that you are signed out or not using Windows Live programs such as Windows Live Mail, Windows Live Messenger, Windows Live OneCare Family Safety, Windows Live Writer and Windows Live Photo Gallery etc. b. Click Start, click Run, type appwiz.cpl and then click OK. c. In the list of currently installed programs, locate and select Windows Live (you may see more than one program with the Windows Live name) and then click Change/Remove. d. If you are prompted to confirm, click Yes. e. Do this until all the programs are uninstalled. 2. Download and install the complete installer of Windows Live Suite products from http://g.live.com/1rewlive3/en/wlsetup-all.exe a. Save the file to your desktop c. Select Run after the download is complete. Note: If you are prompted for confirmation to run the program, select Run d. Follow the on screen instructions. 3. Once the install is complete, drag the wlsetup-all.exe file to the Recycle Bin (this file is no longer needed) Please feel free to contact us if these steps do not fix the problem. Additional information that you can provide us will greatly help us isolate and provide you the appropriate troubleshooting steps needed to resolve your issue. Thank you for using Windows Live Products. Sincerely, Paul Windows Live Services Technical Support Lenke til kommentar
