asko cool freeze combimation

We have a cool-freeze combination ASKO RF 242 and the there is someting wrong with the temperature. The freezer stands on -18 but goes sometimes to - 5 and the alarm is blinking. The cooler stands on +5 but goes to + 14 and so the temperature is going up and down for a few days. It makes also a bubbeling sound like a koffee machine.

I hope you can help me with this problem

Maybe the device is just doing it's defrost function. Then the temperature will go up, the ice/frost will melt. Then the water will be evaporated in a container with some heating device.(maybe that's the coffee mashine sound?)
