Videre er det ikke slik at produktet er drikkbart, det må klares først, men ellers er det ikke mer triks med fruktvinlegging enn det du nevner. Det å "sette til lufting" vil kanskje ikke gi så godt resultat, heller, fordi du i første rekke risikerer at det kommer til uønskede sopper og bakterier.
