Fixes and Enhancements

 

Increased R300 performance

Turn OGL V-sync off

CS = No ESC bug

 

1.Uninstall CAT 3.2 and Control Panel. Uninstall all other Ati Software as well.

2. Clean rest

3. Extract Dell's drivers.

4. Go to device manager and update your vga primary and secondary as well. You need to click drivers update option and do this manually.

5. Install Control Panel

6. Reboot.

7. As you can see the dxoverride slide is missing, trueform as well. If you did right vsync for OpenGL and D3D should be there.

8. type regedit

9. go to hkey-local-machine ---> Ati technologies ---> desktop --->345734-5724560682 example (long messy key)

 

change enableDXOverride from 00 00 00 00 to ---> 01 00 00 00

change trueform from 00 00 00 00 to ---> 01 00 00 00

etc...

Nei. Disse kan brukes av alle Radeon kort, du trenger bare den modifiserte .ini (f?) filen. Husker ikke helt om det var *.ini eller *.inf

Looks like Dell has released some new unofficial drivers. Meaning that these are NOT the Catalyst Version 3.3! Also, this driver is only for the 9xxx series cards, and along with XP.

 

You can pick up these driver from here and here!

 

I know some of you are getting some what inpatient about the next release, so I was able to get a quick little update on whats goin down from ATi.

 

   "We have encountered some minor difficulties in obtaining WHQL certification for drivers based on the 7.86 build version. At this time it seems that a fully unified CATALYST release may be postponed for a few weeks"
