Thomson 780WLT & CNET CWA-854 access point - ARGHHH!

First, please excuse this post being in English. I can see there are some Norwegian geniuses lurking in here, so I hope someone takes pity on me and can help with my problem.

I have a wireless modem/router from Telenor (Thomson 780WLT) and this works fine on my wireless laptop. Now I want to connect up my Sony BluRay player and TV so they can "see" the internet. I bought the CNET CWA-854 wireless access point and although it can "see" my Thomson wireless system, I can't get anything connected to the CWA-854 to go on the net. I can get into the menu on both units but unsure of what configurations I should use. Someone here MUST have done this before with a BluRay or Xbox, can you PLEASE put up an idiot's guide for doing this? I'm sure may people are wondering the same thing (or maybe I am the only idiot here?). Thanks in advance, TONYA
