Får ikke startet pcen min (the file is possibly corrupt....)

Når jeg starter pcen min kommer det opp en melding hvor det står "The file is possibly corrupt. the file header checksum does not match the computed checksum." denne meldingen fikk jeg etter jeg hadde spilt ett spill, derretter fikk jeg bluescreen og siden da kommer den meldingen opp.

jeg har prøvd og boote fra cd-rom ved å installere vista, men da kommer bare den samme meldingen.

Hovedkortet mitt er ett "Asus P5K-E Wifi-Ap

Insert the Vista DVD into your DVD player. Reboot. Press F8 to get the "boot menu" this will give you choices about which item to boot first. Pick your DVD. Then you will see a prompt that indicates "press any key to boot from CD or DVD"

Press the space bar.

 

 

Setup for Vista should start from the DVD. From there follow the Microsoft prompts. Leave the Vista DVD in the drive but do not press F8 on the remaining reboots.

 

If you get an error during this procedure, chances are you have a bogus copy of Vista. If you are sure it's the real thing, Call Microsoft support.

Det som skjer når jeg gjør dette er at jeg får denne meldingen"press any key to boot from CD or DVD" så kommer den "the file is possibly corrupt...."
