According to a long thread at the AVForums, several Xbox 360 users are losing all sound after upgrading to the New Xbox Experience.

Fortunately, there seems to be a fix:

* Turn off the Xbox 360.

* Remove the hard drive.

* Turn on the Xbox 360.

* When the Dashboard loads, put the hard drive back.

Apparently, the fix is only temporary. If you turn of the Xbox, you will have to receive the process

1,turn off the console,connect to the hdmi.

2,swith the monitor to DVI or VGA, boot your xbox, then wait several minutes(about 5 minutes or more)(I waited til the power button on the screen turned orange),then switch back to the HDMI

OK,you now can hear the sound now,and this will last until you shut down the console,which means the next time you turn your console on,you'll have to do the same thing,that's better than no sound ,right??

Yeah:D"

Løsning nummer to fungerer nok bare for Benq skjermer, og krever at skjermen går i ventemodus (oransje lys)
