General:

Harsh Generation is a new hardcore raiding guild formed by mentally strong players. Players that feel they're above the average and have the hunger to fight for being one of the best. The guild newly decided to establish on the Kilrogg server after some time researching. Before Wrath of the Lich King expansion we will try to clear as much as we can, but as fast expansion is released, we aim to hit 80 at an extremely fast rate.

Once settled at 80, we will mainly aim for effective raiding with high level communication and performance to obtain our biggest goals which is being a part of server first kills. This is exactly where we require mentally strong players. As there might be very frustrating encounters and many mistakes to improve in very short time to reach the goal before someone else. You must be capable to handle a certain pressure and control your anger during the raids. The hunt of first kills will give many hard and good moments where both laugh and tears will be expected.

.Even we are aiming to be one of the best guilds on the realm will arrogant and ignoring attitude towards fellow realms be taken very serious. We do not wish to have any bad reputation for being arrogant or ignorant players. It's important to represent our guild in a very positive manner on our chosen realm.

 

 

 

Guild Structure:

Guild Leader + Co Guild Leader - These 2 are the head of the guild, setting reasonable and realistic goals for the guild. Since we have a hardcore background and are recruiting to be a hardcore guild, and a top guild on the realm, and will later aim for a high ranking on EU realms.

Reguarding the leaders experiance in PVE - Both leaders have cleared MH/BT and the Co Leader has killed the first 3 bosses of SP.

 

Class Leaders - Since we only have 2 guild leaders, we rely on the CL to recruit the required classes in order for us to work as a guild and be able to raid as much as we can. CL will also be assigned the responsibility of making a rotation amongst the classes we have in the guild, so that nobody is left sitting out ALL the time.

Please note that some fights require Resistance gear and perhaps a certain setup, Whoever the class leader decides to pick out for the raids, you must accept his/her decision. *****ing about not be picked is something we do not accept at all. And at least in the start of guilds there are players that joins that are very active and some that are not that heavily committed to the raids. Bringing us to the next rank in the guild, The Crusader rank

The Crusader rank will be applied to the most dedicated and skilled players. This is a truly rank of trust as you will get access to some parts of the guild bank and you will also get a dedicated spot in ALL progression raids. Why we are doing this is because its the best way to progress.

Progress is almost what this guild is about. Of course friendship is an important issue as well when it comes to raiding guilds.

 

Members - Members will get spots in the raid after crusaders and leaders have been invited but will have same loot priority as everybody else.

Member rank will be given to the trialists that have shown themselves worthy during their trial period.

Members are also allowed 1 alt in the guild.

 

Trial rank is for new recruits. You are here to prove yourself to the guilds leaders and the officers, to show that you match what we seek, loot is the last thing on your mind while you're in this rank and you will get loot if no other member needs it for main spec.

 

 

 

The Players:

To be one of the best, Also known as elite.. it requires us to have some of the best players as well. This means people should know most of the important information about their class and tasks in raids. Players should be interested in researching specs and draw theories about effectiveness etc..

 

Extremely important that you are using forums as often as you can and sharing your information with your fellow class mates. Some people might do a lot and some a bit less and it will always be like that. Some players are capable to do more workout than others, so this will be things we all have to respect. But even people that cant perform as good as the bests, they would need to do their best at all times and have the interests of learning from higher performed players.

 

 

 

Progress before nerf patch:

 

We have been raiding about 5 weeks with these archievements:

5/5 Mount Hyjal

8/9 Black Temple

4/4 Timed runs. (Got 8 warbear so far with 4 minutes for spare)

 

Progress with the patch:

 

After the nerf patch got released have we pretty much gotten back to Illidan after some struggling with loss of a few core players and some people's raid motivation. With this patch alot of motivation have come back and we are attempting to rush through the rest before expansion.

Our Raiding Times:

 

Mondays: 19.15-24.00 Server time

Tuesdays: 19.15-24.00 Server time

Wedensdays: 19.15-24.00 Server time

Thursdays: 19.15-24.00 Server time

Fridays: (Offday, however will be added to the raiding schedule when new content arrives)

Saturdays: (Offday, but might have a possibility to be added as a day during new content, depending on progress)

Sundays: 19.15-24.00 Server time

-1 Restoration Shaman

-1 Enhancement Shaman

-1 Elemental Shaman

-1 Rogue

-1 Holy Priest

-2 Holy Paladin

-2 Mages

-1 Protection Warrior

-1 Warlock

-1 Moonkin!

 

FOR REROLLERS AND POOR GEARED PLAYERS:

 

For dedicated players that newly rerolled a green geared alt or rerolled. Harsh Generation is currently planning to run a guild with 2 raiding teams for WotLK. We will have 1 that will be Hardcore and another that will be less Hardcore. However we will expect good progression from both team. We will allow those players into the guild already at this point if your interested. This will give you the chance to level inside the guild and join the level race of our guild.

 

We can offer you:

 

*A nice and mature guild with an average age of about 19-20 (Also got players above 30 and 40 for the ones that feel like finding some like-ages players).

*A well organized guild with good and high aims.

*A big bunch of friendly players.

*A good chance to meet new people.

*Even its a low percentage of female players that are playing this game, do we have quite female players. So if your a female gamer and would like to join a guild with more from the same gender to make yourself more comfortable. take this chance!

*We can offer you an updated DKP system

*A good website and an active forum.

*People doing events outside the raids to entertain each others.

*Loot and experinece

*And alot of other things!

 

This is the list of spots we got open in order of filling all our spots including rotation spots. Our poor mages havn't been aviable to go AFK a single night because its only 2 of them

 

 

 

Even the class is stated ful are there allways exception for exceptional applications.

 

 

 

 

 

We are planning some fast and dedicated leveling in the expansion. We will give our players a 2 weeks attempt to ding 80 with a last call with an additional week for the ones who struggles with the time. Also during leveling we would expect EVERYONE to level through our regular raiding hours. Harsh Generation is one of the newer guilds of the end game guilds on Kilrogg and therefore we have gotten way less time to start up with PvE. So in this expansion, we will focus on getting started as fast as possible so we can keep a finger in the progress as well with the leading guilds.
