Hva faen? Er det et helt nytt spill eller? Ser jo ut som det er 1000 points der, i hvertfall ikke 250.

De har nå sagt at "the ride isn't over", og achievements uten GS er vannvittig morsomt! Da er man ikke en GS whore, men spiller for lyden som kommer når man fikser det..

Skulls på multiplayer maps?

 

Hele skiten er totalt 750 points. Kanskje 250 per map-pack (pluss denne pakken)?

Hadde vært vannvittig gøy hvis Bungie hadde vært kule nok til at flaggskiptittelen til Xbox fra ifjor skal fortsette inn i 08 med en gratis oppdatering! Folk sier ifra når vi får vite mer?

Flere teorier om hva "Mythic" kan være, så nå er det vel bare å vente til rundt den 25. og se hva som skjer!

Høres fett ut, men jeg trodde det var sånn at ett spill kunne få max 1250 achievemt points til seg? En del klaget på at expansion packen Tomb raider anniversary til TM legends hadde bare 250G man kunne skaffe seg, selv om expansionen var delt opp i to deler.

Se her, ja! Nå snakker vi! Det blir noe som skjer nærmere enårsdagen til Halo 3, så da er det bare å glede seg..

 

Achievements Unlocked

 

Inevitably, this will be blown out of context, misread and misunderstood, but let’s do it anyway.

 

For a number of reasons ranging from obvious to sublime, Title Update 2 (which is the new, hip, Xbox 360-version way of saying “Auto Update” or “Patch”), introduces new Achievements to Halo 3. Last weekend at Penny-Arcade Expo we played Assembly on the TU2, which meant that folks would see and buzz about the new achievements. These will be made live when TU2 turns on later this month - the previously announced date may slip a bit closer to the Halo 3 one-year anniversary.

 

Here’s a look at these achievements which can be earned via the Legendary Maps and Halo 3 Campaign:

Vidmaster Challenge: Lightswitch (0 points) – Get to the rank of Lieutenant in any playlist in the new EXP progression system.

Vidmaster Challenge: 7 on 7 (0 points) – Enter into any ranked or social playlist with 7 EXP on the 7th of the month.

Vidmaster Challenge: Annual (0 points) – After 9/25/08, complete Halo on 4-player Legendary LIVE co-op, with Iron, and everyone in Ghosts.

Double Double (25 points) – On a Legendary map, get two Double Kills during any ranked or social match.

Poor Yorick (25 points) – On a Legendary map, get 3 Oddball melee kills during any ranked or social match.

Came…From…Behind (50 points) – On a Legendary map, get 3 assassinations during any ranked or social match.

Defend This (50 points) – On a Legendary map, get a flag melee kill during any ranked or social match.

Flag Dropped (25 points) – On a Legendary map, get 2 flag carrier kills during any ranked or social match.

Road Rage (25 points) – On a Legendary map, get 5 Warthog chaingun kills during any ranked or social match.

Look Both Ways (50 points) – On a Legendary map, get a Splatter Spree during any ranked or social match.

As folks have seen, these aren’t the only achievements we’re adding. But without proper context, there’s not a whole lot else we’re going to say. Stay tuned.

I dont see very much logic in that, no. But but, it isn't only only.

Later today, Bungie will release the second Halo 3 title update and with it a set of ten new achievements will be added which allows an additional 250 Gamerscore to be unlocked. All are now viewable on Xbox.com along with (surprise!) a bunch of additional achievements that haven't been officially announced. These additional achievements total 500 in Gamerscore which bumps Halo 3's total Gamerscore to a whopping 1750!

 

 

The additional achievements look to be the same ones that were leaked from PAX a few weeks ago which are the ones Bungie made it clear they wouldn't be talking about just yet. It's interesting to note that a few of these newer achievements make mention of "Mythic" maps, referring to six different (and yet to be announced) multiplayer maps called Assembly, Citadel, Heretic, Longshore, Orbital and Sandbox. Or so we think they're multiplayer maps.

 

Whatever is going on, we're totally out of the loop because Bungie technically only announced that the ten Legendary achievements would be included in today's H3 update. Maybe the posting of additional 500 Gamerscore worth of achievements was a mix-up by the Xbox.com folks OR maybe the Superintendent has something to do with this. We're confused, but REALLY excited!

Have Fun Respawning - 25G

On a Mythic map, get an Extermination during any ranked or social match.

 

Save This Film - 25G

On a Mythic map, get a Perfection medal during any ranked or social match.

 

Delicious Brains - 25G

On a Mythic map, infect 2 humans during any ranked or social match.

 

Zombie Repeller - 25G

On a Mythic map, kill 2 Zombies during any ranked or social match.

 

Tank Dropper - 25G

On any Mythic map, get a kill on another player while in monitor mode.

 

Assembly Skull - 25G

On Assembly, find the hidden skull.

 

Citadel Skull - 25G

On Citadel, find the hidden skull.

 

Heretic Skull - 25G

On Heretic, find the hidden skull.

 

Longshore Skull - 25G

På torsdag skal ihvertfall jeg og en annen gå igjennom campaignen på Legendary. Vi må være 4 folk, så sleng dere på!
