Don't Miss Out! Find out why Tech Giants like Intel, Tech Data, and Ingram Micro are Aggressively Building a Presence in the Intelligent Home Market. Stronghold Industries, Inc. (SGDS.PK) November 2, 2006 - STRONGHOLD SURPASSES $750 MILLION ASSET PROTECTION MILESTONE -- Stronghold Industries, Inc. (OTC: SGDS), a Southern California-based premium intelligent home provider, today announced that its Moore Protection business unit has surpassed the $750 million (Source: Zillow.com) milestone in residential property protection. This important milestone was achieved with its 250th installation in the Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Pacific Palisades and Malibu corridor of Southern California, one of the most affluent areas in the world. By achieving this milestone within three years, management believes that Moore Protection is the fastest growing regional security firm in this market. This statistic is also significant because of the high margin recurring revenue streams derived from the security monitoring services provided to its clients. Because of the sophistication of these systems and 24/7/365 service offered by Moore Protection, gross profit margins for monitoring are 80-90 percent per month per client. Investment Highlights Stronghold is positioning itself for expansion beyond the Southern California area as their highly experienced management team is uniquely positioned to grow the company through a horizontally-integrated strategy and their cost-effective, service-rich products and services such as home theaters and next-generation security systems Stronghold has the financial muscle to substantially accelerate progress toward their key strategic initiatives as a technology-driven home security provider. Stronghold Industries, Inc. a Premium Intelligent Home Provider, provides a variety of digital convergence and technology integration services to a wide range of clients. One of the company's primary services is assisting clients with their digital home control and entertainment solutions. Up to this point the company's primary market consisted of high-net worth individuals that demand the best in security, the latest technological advancements, and unmatched customer service. The Stronghold product and installation team has over 90 years collective experience in the component parts of home integration serving the high-end residential market. Due to rapid growth, Stronghold has expanded its product and service capabilities and they include: - Security and Surveillance systems; - Real-Time Video Monitoring services; - Homer Automation systems; - Networking and VOIP systems; - Lighting systems; - Fire Protection and Control; - HVAC and Digital Temperature Controls; - Automated Backflow prevention systems; and - Entertainment-Video, Audio and Home Theater systems The company is fully financed to complete its intermediate-term goals. We are looking for some very positive developments from the company over the coming weeks and months. Stronghold has developed a unique concept and is the first company in Southern California to take the consolidated corporate process and deploy it in the field of home integration. Because of this we believe SGDS is primed for dramatic growth and is undervalued at this price of $0.40.
